Happy Birthday Code String! The milestone of 5 years of trading was reached last month.
All I can say is It’s flown by! So I pause and take a moment to look back on all the things we have achieved, I can see how different the company is now from 5 years ago, it’s staggering to think about the scale of some of the projects we are now involved in delivering.
When Richard and I first walked through the doors of the Harborough Innovation Centre, (our home base for the last 5 years) we knew we had found the right place to start our fledgling business. The staff and other business owners have helped to keep us sane and supported us when needed. As a small startup it made a lot of difference to us, being here has helped, so a big thank you to the team at HIC.
Personally when I look back at the 5 years that have passed and the achievements that have been made, many significantly in the last 12 months, I get a huge sense of pride and satisfaction. Some examples of these include Gaining two ISO accreditations, growing the team through apprenticeships, working closely with 3rd parties to deliver solutions and a major update to our private cloud hosting platform. Much of what we have achieved as a business is only possible due to the amazing team we have. They bring dedication, enthusiasm and skills and each team member is willing to always go the extra mile for our clients and for the business. So I would like to say a big thank you to my team, a team that work hard everyday, to make sure that Code String continues to be the business that delivers.
The future is looking very exciting, we have a number of huge opportunities on the horizon and are still building the team to prepare to face them head on, we are not going to sit back and relax now, we are going to keep pushing ourselves to achieve even more in the next 5 years.
