We have been certified…in a good way!
Code String are proud to announce that a major company objective for the year has been completed. Attaining ISO certification for the business is a real achievement. We were successfully audited by the Alcumus ISOQAR Certification Technical Review Team late last year and it has now been confirmed that the system is compliant with the requirements of ISO 27001: 2013 – Information Security Management and ISO 9001: 2015 – Quality Management Systems.
While the whole business has been involved in this achievement which has been seen as a positive experience by all our staff, special thanks must go to Jan on our team and Paul Castle (HSQS Solutions). Both of whom ably guided us through the process and helped us to refine and expand our existing management system.
The attainment of the ISO certification is part of our ongoing process of business improvement. It’s not just a tick box exercise for us, it’s about helping to build a better service for our clients. It has also given us a better appreciation of the complexity of some of the digital marketing solutions we deliver on behalf of our clients.
