Business is good. Over the past few months, we added no less than five new people to our Code String team. On the face of it, these are committed programming, quality assurance or client relations professionals. That much is indeed true and is what you’ll see if you visit. But, as is always the case with people, there’s so much more than meets the eye when you dig a little deeper.

Let’s ponder the work-life balance. In no particular order, among our new professionals we have a blacksmith, a Latin dancer, a choral singer, a quiz-master renowned for his music compilations, and a part-time Viking. I kid you not! I think it’s fair to say that most of these fascinating pursuits are in stark contrast to the hushed and focused environment in the Code String offices. Good for them. We’re glad to have them on board.

Since then I have grown to love every aspect of computing and technology, the creative and business applications are limitless and never cease to amaze me.
