Adobe Reader
This app is very basic and runs basic functions. However, if your business handles many PDFs, this app is worth having. It’s free and it allows you to view and interact with PDFs via your apple devices. On this software, you can make comments and highlight PDFs to edit them before sending them on. Using the paid-for version, which comes in the format of an in-app purchase, you can also create PDF files, convert files to PDF etc. Definitely one worth having.
Dropbox
If you’re unsure of what Dropbox is; it’s a cloud-based file sharing and storing system. The software is easily downloadable to every supporting device; and is great for streamlining your work and the communication between you and your employees. Dropbox will automatically sync your document, so you won’t need to remember to do it manually. With up to 2GB of free storage; it worth trying to see if you like it. You can then upgrade to paid-for versions for extra features and more storage allowances.
BillMinder
This app is great for tracking your expenditure and billing dates. By accurately monitoring all your outgoings and displaying them for you on attractive visual media, it’s easy to see the dates for all your business out-goings so you can budget to suit. The app will also suggest ways that you could save money could you ask for more? The app costs £0.49 from the Apple store.
