Visual Studio 15 Install
We are aware that it may be a little hard to believe, especially since users, for a while now, have coped with Apple and Android office alternatives; but it’s true. In a surprise move, relatively new Microsoft Vice President John Case announced in a blog post about the news that Microsoft apps are being released. Not only has Office become available for Apple device users, it has also become available to Android users. Oh and we forgot the best part; it’s free!
In his blog post, John Case said;
Today we’re taking the next major step to bring Office to everyone, on every device, and I’m excited to announce that the Office apps customers love are coming to Android tablets with the start of our Office for Android tablet preview. We’re also delivering Word, Excel and PowerPoint apps for iPhone and updates for the iPad apps to ensure a consistently beautiful and productive Office experience on every device.
We’re terribly excited at the prospect of being able to use these programs from our various Apple and Android devices, as opposed to using an alternative; having to save it in the correct format; emailing it to ourselves to then open on a computer and finish editing properly. We’re already downloaded the Office apps. Have you?
